The Chocolate Quarter is shortlisted for The Housing Design Awards

KWL Architects were pleased to attend the awards ceremony of the 2018 Housing Design Awards recently following the shortlisting of ‘The Chocolate Quarter’. The Housing Design Awards are the longest running awards programme in the country (since 1948) and the only one that sends a multidisciplinary set of judges to see shortlisted developments. Neil Ross & David Hand were pleased to form part of the team along with David Williams of St. Monica Trust and Andrew Wilson of Andrew Wilson Partnership in showing the judging panel the comprehensive range of facilities on offer at The Chocolate Quarter.
Lynwood Village
BEN Motor and Allied Trades Benevolent Fund, Retirement Village completed in December 2017 was officially opened on 18 th April 2018 by HRH Princess Alexandra.
