His direct involvement in significant care home schemes and conservations projects has not only honed his technical skills but also prepared him for greater responsibilities. With a solid foundation from University of Plymouth and six years experience, Joel is well equipped to excel in a leadership position and its clear that his dedication and acquired knowledge will serve him well as he steps up to manage the lead projects.
