Kristian Saunders

Education

Kristian graduated in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) Architectural Studies at Cardiff University and is currently studying at Oxford Brookes School of Architecture for his RIBA Diploma in Architecture.

Experience

Kristian has 10 years’ experience in Care/Extra Care, Dementia and Care Village developments, having worked on a number of award winning schemes at KWL Architects to delivering projects across all RIBA work stages. These have encompassed a large range of construction techniques on both refurbishment and new build projects. Recent experience has also enabled him to become competent in delivering projects via REVIT.

He has worked on residential, commercial and leisure schemes in years following graduation in practices in South Wales and Bristol. Kristian has also worked in Local Authority level and for a Developer which has given him a wide range of experience in different environments.
