Matthew Alderson

Education
Matthew achieved an HNC in Architectural Technology and Design at UWIC Cardiff whilst working with KWL in 2006.
Experience
Matthew started at KWL in 2004 as office junior and during this time he has gained vast amounts of technical knowledge working with senior colleagues in the office, assisting on many projects.
Matthew is now a competent project co-ordinator, running numerous developments alongside each other. Matthew oversees the technical aspects of these projects and is responsible for the design team acting as lead designer, working closely with the clients and contractors.
Teamwork is important to us at KWL and so having a team of talented and hardworking people is essential.
