Airpoint, Bristol

Airpoint, part of the redevelopment of the former Mail Marketing Site in Bedminster, Bristol. The development was part of a larger project including Social housing, elderly living and some retail units. The development was of a size that kick started the redevelopment of Bedminster.

The Client secured Planning consent for the development of the Mail Marketing site, and KWL Architects were appointed to take the project from the post construction stage through construction to completion.

The six storey building is a very contemporary community with very clean lines and internal spaces including sky bridges in the atrium. Residents enjoy the use of a 220 metre rooftop running track, Trim Trail, Pool room, Barbeque area and roof garden with amazing 360 degree views across the whole of Bristol.
