Holy Cross Chapel, situated within the Holy Cross Retirement Village in Heathfield, was thoughtfully designed by KWL Architects as a key part of the village’s community. The chapel features a light and airy double-height space with a mezzanine level, creating an open and welcoming atmosphere.
A strong emphasis was placed on acoustics to ensure the chapel’s sound quality is optimal for both services and reflection. The design blends modern elements with sensitivity to its function as a place of worship, ensuring the space feels both contemporary and respectful to its sacred purpose.
