KWL Architects were involved in the renovations of Cote Lane Care Village and also designed new buildings within the site, enhancing its functionality and environment. Our work included adding large atrium areas to create bright, open spaces that foster community and social interaction. We converted existing buildings into modern, accessible assisted living apartments while preserving the village’s architectural heritage. Additionally, we introduced new communal areas for relaxation, activities, and social engagement. These enhancements reflect our commitment to thoughtful, inclusive design that prioritises residents' well-being and quality of life.
